Unless stated in the listing, all items are made-to-order. Most items will be made and shipped within 21 business days of receipt of order and payment.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 21 business days of receipt of payment. If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know. Sometimes being a mum to two little ones takes me away from my work time.
I am shipping from Australia. Packages to the rest of the world are experiencing significant delays due to flight cancellations and Covid restrictions. All international shipping will be sent express to give your parcel priority. I would still expect shipping times of at least 4-6weeks.
If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best track down your item. Please be aware that Australia Post does not consider a parcel ‘lost’ before 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.
I also cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically generated at checkout by the Australia Post app. I will be reviewing shipping paid and if the amount charged exceeds the cost to ship your order then I will refund the amount to you. All orders will have tracking and you will receive emails with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer a 10 day full refund for return policy (excluding custom orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.
Please be aware that I cannot accept returns of custom orders.
Return the item in original condition, and I will refund the full price on receiving it back (excluding custom orders).
I cannot accept responsibility for postage charges.
Safety: Please note that products are not suitable for children 3 and under as there are small parts which are a choking hazard. In addition, the pieces are not suitable for rough play and being dropped etc. Adult supervison is recommended. All furniture pieces are for gentle handling within the dollhouse to prevent wear and damage to the pieces. Decor pieces such as art work are for display purposes only. Some pieces are more delicate than others, please contact me if you'd like to discuss what will suit you best. I do not recommend our pieces for children under 4 years of age.
Please keep in mind that most items in my shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present.
